Honestly I agree. I mean clearly they are addictive but all I can say is if you get addicted to them you better not try anything else.

How you can get addicted to something that doesn't even get you high? Very weak willed people out there.

I mean I feel bad for them though. Its not just cigarettes. My opinion changed watching tv one day. They had this fat black girl literally in tears. I watched to see what she was crying about. Turns out she was so emotional after recalling a time in the check out line at a super market that she resisted a pack of little debbie zebra cakes. You know those waxy disgusting pastries you have to be high as a kite to gag down? That was what she was crying over. No joke.

It was funny but at the same time it made me realize how weak people are. They better not ever try cocaine or something. It just made me realize how much temptation is out there for people with no self control.

But never the less. To me personally. I think getting addicted to cigarettes is like getting addicted to twinkies. Sad, but a bit of a joke.

I've smoked since I was about 14. At times a pack a day, but for many years now about half a pack per month. If that. People ask me "Why don't you just quit?'

It seems so stupid of a question to me. Because I enjoy it, and I have enough self control that its not a problem. Chocolate ice cream is bad for me too, but I'm not going to quit eating it because I have so little self control I'm going to slam through a gallon and go buy another one.

I don't blame tobacco companies. They make a product people including me enjoy. They should stop making them because some weak willed sissies can't control themselves? I'm glad we don't apply that logic to many other things. No more mc donalds because there are fat asses out there. No more porn because some people can't stop whacking it.

I'm a grown ass man and I don't need a nanny state and patriarchal politicians telling me how to live.

  2. I don't know how he can say its not hard to quit, I find it to be a bit difficult mainly because its hard not to when I drive or when im at work.

  3. I hope this CEO goes to helll where he has to suck dick for crack.

  4. Poppycock.

Out of all the drugs I've ever done (which is quite a bit) the only substance I'm addicted to is nicotine.

That's the only drug I've even come close to getting addicted to.

  5. What EXACTLY is the root of cigarette addiction? People have been smoking tobacco for hundreds of years, maybe we just didn't notice the problem back then because people weren't living long enough? I like to think it's more of all the chemicals within cigarettes that cause problems, but I don't know enough to say for sure (which I feel bad about because I smoke and before I do a drug I always find out all the facts).
