In the water, us PH up, you can get it from a hydro strore. I am not sure about bringing the PH of the soil up.
to increase the ph id recommend oxy+ it increases oxygen to the roots kills pest and increases the ph in soil or hyrdo
I use 2 pinches of bicarbonate of soda and 1 pinch of epsom salts in 1 litre of water to bring SOIL Ph up. Happy growing........... Polski.
