Hey I was wondering what household supplies I could use to correct pH from 6.2-6.3 to 6.5 - 6.8. The more detailed of instructions the better, even a link would be nice I couldn't find where I read it.
Better to have phup phdown. If not possible use baking soda for up and white vinegar for down. Did it on my first grow. If budget is low use ph test kit like this: pHydrion Water pH Test Kit-One Drop Indicator Solution - eBay (item 370390089015 end time Feb-26-11 08:52:10 PST) GL!
Okay this is about the knowledge I posses as is, my real question was how much baking soda should I use to raise by .1 per gallon of water?
This depends on a lot of things. As I said you need to measure your ph after any adjustments. Supposedly there was only one kind of baking soda in the world or one brand of vinegar, and universal water, I couldn't give you a recipe.
