Ph Too High/ Too Low _Dwc System

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by product78, May 28, 2013.

  1. I was wondering what are the most common symptoms of a ph that is too high and what are symptoms of a ph that is too low?

  2. Ph pen reads other than 5.8
Nute lock out ( looks deficient of ANY nutes, including iron, magnesium, maganese, nitrogen, etc)
Each of the above deficiencies have different symptoms.

Anyone that believes this should not be giving advice. The average meter is only accurate to plus or minus point 1. If it says 5.8 it could be 5.7 - 5.9.  You couldn't get it that accurate even if you wanted to.

Common you guys. This is Ph nonsense gone wild.

Do the experts on this site really agree with this statement?

I agree and if you look 5.7 & 5.9 still have minimal nute lockout.
    Zinc and mag @ 5.7
    Zinc at 5.8 & 5.9
And how many dwc grows do you have under your belt?

In hydro and soil-less the most common deficit for a high ph is Ca, Mn and Fe... for a low ph the most common deficit is P and Mg.

Thing is, bonehead, this is an open forum, anybody can post an opinion, even trouble-makers like you, so get used to it or disappear... I suppose that would be too much to ask, aye?
