Ph Of 9 For One Hydroponic Watering On Accident -- Ruin It All?

    Did I ruin my whole grow during day 55 of flower by accidentally running tap water ph 9 through my hydroponic flood and drain system?
     
    EDIT: I was filling my reservoir after cleaning and the timer kicked on and flooded the tray with ph9 water :(

    ummm cant you flush your system back out? and replace with proper water
