ph issues

    No, it won't be. Final flushing are non ph balanced.

    over 200 ppm is considered hard water, you probably have nute lockout

    Thats the point. To provide water and not nutrients so the plant can use the nutes it's got stored up.

    im half tempted to harvest a little early on the one it keeps getting worse
