Ph fluctuations... Help..

    Why am i experiencing pH fluctuations when im usig straight water? Shouldnt the PH only fluctuate if im using nutes?

    How many gallons in your setup?

    When I use straight water I have always put one drip of nutes in hoping that it stabilized my ph

    Well right now there just in rockwool cubes, havent transferred them into the ebb and flo tables yet. I have '2' 3x3 tables both hooked up to their own 25 gallon reservoir's. Im thinking i shoud just throw them into their tables and give them a very light dose of nutes. Im running botanicare's PBP line so im thinking i should throw like 5 ML/gallon of pro gro and see if that helps out.

    rockwool cubes need to be PH adjusted with 5.5 water for 24 hours before use... I like to PH adjust twice over 48 hours... Im a little over board though

    you shouldn't ever check the PH of the rockwool... its just a waste... never water the rockwool directly, just spoon water to the dish.... and if you do water just make sure its 5.8.... I generally have enough water in the rockwool cubes after I lightly shake them that i won't have to water for like 3 days.... and usually their well rooted by then...

    no nutes till the third set of leaves are out

    I did ph adjust the rockwool, can i transplant my rockwool cube into soil and switch over?

    No i was going to go hydro, but i dont have time to adjust my PH every day.. And i dont have the cash for a doser right now :/

    Hey anton dude dont go to soil ahhhh, just cut the watering back to two times a day, at times when you know you will be home and not doing anything.

    Soil sucks. U less outside.

    Gunna have to my man! My ph is all out of whack and my seedlings are suffering... going to have to run soil this grow till I harvest and get the cash for a PH doser.. talked to my guy at the hydro shop and he said he would order it for me on his CC so I could get it for 100$ less than what AMhydro advertises on their site! :hello:
