PH down?

you need some phospheric acid, don't know what you'll get that in, but i know some diluted vinegar can be used for small adjustments, ie from 7 to 6, how much off are you?...........Peace out........Sid

ps ferting will also change the ph to more acidic as well......

 

vinegar has a ph of like 3.... i dont know what high concentrations of vinegar can do to it so if your trying to drop it from like a 10 or something you may be better off floooding your medieum, or changing the water in your rez.

yeah but it's fine if it's diluted enough, just add it drop by drop into 2litres of water, and check the ph each time......Peace out.........Sid

 

last resort is jsut to change out the water in your rez. And well might want to hurry and test it and all, becaus if it doesnt work you dont want your babies to die now do you?

 

Phosphoric acid can be purchased in hardware stores where it is sold as rust remover; usually in a 30% concentration.

Nitric acid can be used also but that's probably more difficult to obtain.
