pH buffering tea

so my tap pH is at 7.8 should i buffer it down while im aerating it before the added ingredients, earth juice grow/ a little bloom/molasses/bat gauno.

or do i pH balance when the tea is done?

my run off with regular tap water is 6.8

the seeds just sprouted and im trying to go organic
