I know that nobody likes a Debbie Downer but I think it's safe to say that thing's already failed. Wants to get 22000 by June 13 (2 days from now) and it's at ~2500.... I think I signed it last month, but I'll sign the next one that comes out too.
The reason no one is signing it is because everyone already knows that it will be ignored...just like all the other mj petitions on whitehouse.gov. It's a waste of time.
