I'm thinking of purchasing a water pipe, and I'm stuck between getting a percolated bubbler or bong, my budget is $100 So what do you guys think I should get?

I think i can move the budget up and im thinking between the scientific bubbler or a flaming skull 8 or 10 arm perc bong. Do you fill an inline bong the same as any other?
