I dont understand how some parents can let there daughters wear short shorts. I mean you're showing off your young daughters legs and ass to people, and that is not cool. I see young girls wearing short shorts all the time even when they're around there parents, and there parenting just disgusts me. Personally i would never let my daughter wear short shorts and i would raise her to have some sense and respect for herself where she wouldnt want to wear that crap. Don't get me wrong im all for grown women (18+) wearing short shorts, but i just don't think it's right for chidren to be wearing them. This is what i mean when i say short shorts, and i see young girls wearing these all the time.
Dude no way, where do you see ass hanging out of short shorts? I've never seen that before... Generally the shorts are pretty short, but at least a few inches below that. There's nooo way parents let their children go out in shorts like that. Do girls really wear shorts like those in public?
some parents just don't give a flying fuck i'm 20 and when i stay at my dad's for the weekend, he still will not permit me to leave the house with shorts even in socal 100+ degree weather.

yeah the whole thing where haven't-hit-puberty-yet/starting to girls wear them is disturbing. many of them don't understand and are just following trends unfortunately.
I'm kinda conflicted about this and yeah I've seen a lot of girls wearing shorts like this lol it's not uncommon (I'm from London, UK, it probably differs where you live). I sort of think people should be able to wear whatever the fuck they want from the moment they can make that choice... I also don't like the fact that bodies are always hidden (probably a future naturist lol) and think it's psychologically damaging to future generations sexually. It's also a bit backwards in time to be thinking eww that's too much flesh..... 150 years ago people would be having this reaction to bare wrists... time goes on and people and fashions evolve. The problem is that some people will sexualize these kinda clothes (probably stemming back to the psychological problems people get when they are forced to cover up their beautiful human bodies 24/7) and when clothes like this are sexualised, no; children shouldn't be wearing them. Sorry TC but I think there are bigger issues to be complaining about Don't like it don't look, I personally don't care how people dress as long as they're dressed.
As much as I revile this, it is what it is. What would you suggest parents do police their children's wardrobe and replace all of the offending articles of clothing with burkas? There should be some middle ground on this but until we get to point where as a society we objectify women less, we are going to have sights of [SIZE=11.818181991577148px]adolescent[/SIZE] butt cheeks jiggling in the wind. Change only happens when we collectively demand more of each other and move as one people to a better place. Women's bodies are currently public domain and as such are used shamelessly to promote everything from household goods to clothing that fits badly. We can do better.
I think it's criminal that society teaches our young women this is what they have to do to be attractive and desirable, and teaches our young men this is what to look for in a woman. And Disney is the biggest offender of all.
