People picking on special needs kids?

  1. I'm a senior in high school, and i'm 18 and all that jazz so don't even :p

In my art class today, these younger freshman kids were picking on this autistic kid by telling him the cute girl across the room liked him. He walked over there and the girls made fun of him and he just went and sat down and looked like he was holding back tears.

It got my blood RAGING. I can't hit a minor, I can't strongarm a kid, that doesnt make me any better than them. I had to just put this on here and clear my mind a bit a guess. I'm just pissed off and stoned with the rambling feeling.

I have a cousin with cerebral palsy, that kind of shit hits home a little. Those special needs kids are so fun to be around. They don't worry about all the trivial crap most people do, they are a lot happier in general, even knowing they're different. They need to be treated just like everyone else, even if they are different. These kids bullying this one kid and i'm sure it happens much more than just what i see, and everywhere else too.

I just, ugh. It gets me really mad.. I hope other people feel the same way and i'm not alone on this one...

  2. Yeah im not the type to give a shit about most things.

but i would definately have said something and prolly ended up in a brawl.

    Dont look the other way.

  3. I would have made them cry. either through physical or emotional trauma, depends on what kind of day I was having.

  4. Dude...I don't know how you held back

AT ALL...that's so fucked up and its funny cuz we.had special needs kids in my schools coming up and I went to some pretty unsavory schools all the kids diss and crack on everybody except the special needs kids. They were off limits.

Now that doesn't mean no one clowned them away from school because I'm sure some people in there personal circle did. But publicly fucking with them making them cry n shit has never been an issue. I guess when you live in the gutter it kinda put us all as equals.. nobody had nothing so why make fun of a helpless kid..this shits ridiculous.

  5. That's actually pretty fucked up to do. Especially since a lot of autistic people already have trouble socializing. You should talk to a hot chick and have her go out with him once or twice just so he doesn't stop talking to girls because of that.

The only time I ever "picked on" a disabled kid I told him a porn site was a website about star wars. I would have done that to anybody who didn't know what it was. We treated that kid like one of our own though. It would have been wrong for me not to do it because it would be singling him out.

  6. That's pretty harsh. Woulda stomped those kids after school though. Pretty damn low to pick on a special needs person :/

  7. Just one quick good jab to the liver, no one would be the wiser. :bongin:

  8. i dont need to read any comments to say its a complete DOG ACT!! picking on the special needs

  9. you should've stood up and told them to stfu, dont even need to get physical, guaranteed they'll back down like bitches if they doing shit like that

  10. That's low as fuck but that just goes to show that some kids are more mature than others. I'm not gonna lie I was like that as a freshman but the further I got in high school I realized how low and ignorant it was. Some people are just ignorant. There's nothing you can do but educate them or whoop their ass. And remember karma is a bitch, it's all fun and games til a special needs kid stomps your skull in for bullying them...

  11. dude come on they were like what 14 they are freshmen you wouldn't have had to hit them you could have just scared the shit out of them. be like thats my brother yo. any problems? i mean its almost on their level but you aren't actually threatening them or anything.

  12. yeah man, I've had an autistic brother my whole life and it kills me how ignorant some people are towards other human beings not fortunate enough to have "normal" circumstances with their bodies functionality. Good you didn't hurt those kids but could've dumped some paint on em or somethin

  13. So because they're freshman they're absolved from acting like moral people?

That's a piss-poor excuse right there. By the time someone is 14 they should know better.

  14. G you did the wrong thing I would've called them pussies out then smacked the bitch straight up. I've got aspergers and a mood disorder, im the last person you'd make fun of a mentally disordered individual in front of cause I guarantee my mind is twice that of yours, 20 points higher in IQ and my hands can fuck you up faster than you could open your mouth with some sly bs

  15. Yeah it's bad, but kids will be kids. The best thing you could do is talk to the autistic kid and teach him not to worry what other kids say.

Don't listen to these internet thugs that say they would've smashed the freshman kids, that would be impulsive and stupid. The freshman would have the last laugh seeing you carted away to prison, while they are left free to tease the autistic without you interfering.

  16. At my highschool if an 18 year old hit a younger guy it was still completely handled by the school, usually a 1 week suspension. He could've probably beat them up away from the teachers and other students too.

But yea thats sad man, its kindof lame to tell on someone in highschool but that would get the kid in alot of trouble and they'd possibly remove them from the class.

  17. when I went to school you'd get your ass beat for messing with special needs kids

  18. Yea man the teachers didn't even care, they'd be like "Nice, give him the uppercut!"

  19. that wasn't at all what i was saying....i was just saying it wouldn't even take a threat to intimidate them probably.

he didn't want to stoop to the same level and bully them basically. and he wouldn't have had to.

but sadly most 14 year olds are horrible assholes even though they know better haha.

  20. In 3rd grade an autistic kid raged and ripped this guy's cast off and re-broke his leg. And that's just the tip of the ice berg. Tards around here can handle themselves.
