    7/17/21 Day 49, start week 8
Think I have another 21 days or so until harvest. The leaves have stopped growing and the buds are stacking and getting fat. Some purple tones are setting in on the larger flowers.
    Started reducing nutrient concentration.
    10 gallon H2O
    60 Base
    0 Grow
    120 Bloom
    0 Rhizo
    50 Tea
    40 Silica
    20 Hydro
    0 CalMag
    791ppm 5.9pH

Currently the aroma is intense, as you would expect.

  3. 7/24/21 Day 55
    10 gallon H2O
    60 Base
    0 Grow
    120 Bloom
    0 Rhizo
    50 Tea
    40 Silica
    20 Hydro
    0 CalMag
    825ppm 5.9pH

Just patiently waiting it out now. Running a weak nutrient solution now. Flushing in a about week.
    upload_2021-7-25_9-45-40.jpeg

The leaves are getting sticky and loaded with tricholmes.
    upload_2021-7-25_9-46-10.png

The pistils are starting to turn orange.
    upload_2021-7-25_9-46-36.png

The calyx are starting to show a purple hue.
    upload_2021-7-25_9-46-54.png

so I’m guessing about 2 more weeks until harvest. Tricholmes just starting to develop a few cloudy one, no amber yet.

  4. Wow. Wow. Wow. Thanks sooooo much for this grow journal. Can’t wait to see harvest time. I’m just starting to plan a grow room build in my basement. Want to try a 1 or 2 plant grow in RDWC. Thanks again :)

  5. Looking good! I'm jealous!

  8. Great finish! I hope mine will look like that one day!

  9. Thanks, glad you like it.
Your garden has potential. Your current grow is spectacular but crowded. I just looked at your posts this morning, less plants in your space will be much better.

  10. Definitely. I have only been growing a couple years and the current grow is my second run in that space. I cannot argue that I am learning. I think 3 next time will be much better. I am reviewing your journal and want to say thank you. Not that I will mirror it 100%, but it will influence my future.

  11. Awesome harvest, how’s the smoke?

Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

  12. Loving the smoke (vapor). I use a Pax 3.
Also made some bubble hash, loving that too.
    Smooth, fruity and Stoney.

  13. What lights are you using for your moms and how did you keep them banzai size?

  14. Thanks for asking sawestg,
I found those lights for the veg cabinet at Home Depot. There are 2 units over the prop/veg area.

I keep the moms in a bonsai condition by regular pruning and feeding 1/4 to 1/2 strength nutrient solution. Also repotting into the same small container after a root pruning every 3 months or so.
When you prune branches and shoots cut back to the same crotch as the last pruning. Over time the plant develops nub that can produce multiple shoots.
In the next week or two I’ll be doing a prune back on my moms. I’ll post a picture report here for you.

  15. And welcome on your first day.
    Are you currently growing?

  16. Thank you. No not currently. I live in Rhode Island and they just legalized. I’ve been around it and helped friends grow at different stages, but finally hoping to start my own hobby. Saw your meticulous grow journal and thought I’d start here.

  17. I’ve been growing for over 30 years. I’ve been settled on my chosen hydro style for 30 years. here are links to my build.
