Hey everyone! ive been growing in old hp case in my closet. One pc fan and two warm cfls, because i just started them on flowering. my plants are 4 weeks old yesterday. they have been doing great. Doing a pretty bad excuse for lst and.... can someone tell me how to upload pictures? cuz i want to show my plants off...
Click reply on whatever, then click advanced now look below the box where you type your text it and you'll see something about uploads. Or just go to imageshack.us and use the bottom set of code after uploading the picture, and take the check off the "show details" and post the html tags "[]"
WellI figure Ill jump on the wagon... Heres my pathetic case.. A few weeks and a few near death experiences later... I think I should just kill it and start over.... I got way better seeds to start with too now
hey everyone gunna do a full update in a minute here, just wanted to post a comment before i do so. thanks to sung for helping out the new "members" =) i meant to check out the thread a while ago but i got caught up doing some modding to my xbox =) anyways, Joker, you could start over now because it is soo early...its not a huge waste of time. although it is still salvagable if you want. also your case aint bad at all...theres a few things you could add..but it will grow in there =) and linkkid...i don't know if this has already been suggested to you, but look at some of our cases and look how we have our lights mounted..you will get much more growth height (which is important in small spaces) if you mount your lights sideways instead of straight down. but you seem to be getting the hang of it..good work dude...welcome to the club!! danklife...lets see some pics fooo
ok so time for a lil update. i wanted to push the vegging girls with the nutes to see how much they actually would do well with....no sense under-feeding if they are handeling it and doing well. its weird..one of them has been loving the extra nutes...the other one was pushed too hard. shes a bit nute burned..but shes doing just fine...they have both gotten very bushy. ..and the old gal is really starting to fill in on some of the cola's and the frost is really starting to lay on thick...i think thats due to the extra incease in nutes i have given that one aswell..im not going to push her any farther because i feel i got lucky and am on the border..but she is loveing it and so am i... here is the bud porn: the ol gal in all her glory one of the outside not the best pic i jsut wanted to show the frosting as best my camera will allow me lol just another side shot yup! now onto the vegg case!! nute burn! and the healthy one thats loving life the vegg case from outside there ya have it folks. wutcha think so far?
Yeah before making it I was looking at a lot of different set ups on the net, saw it either top mounted or side mounted and I used some hard forming glue But yeah I did read they get more energy off the sides of the bulbs. I'm going to end up getting a server tower hopefully so I'll be up to ideas when I do. And nice update btw. Quick Edit: Ended up moving them from the container to individual bottles cut in half till I get the right pots. I think I could have done a lot better transplanting.. and in a rush for some reason when I was going in my outside cat decided it wanted to run inside making me drop one of the plants leaving it laying on the ground root still in tact so I carefully planted it doing the best I could.. I'm hoping my babies are fine
ahhh you'll be fine...mj plants can be very strong in terms of it takes alot to kill them...however keeping in mind that almost any interaction you have with your plant you "are" stressing it out...even taking it out to water..or lst or just touch is stressing it...over stress can and will kill a plant if there is too much...as well as many other things like nute burn ect, ect, ect. but droping it once and trasnplanting should not harm the plant. i water my plant everytime i take them out to water. they are fine...sometime si even lst, water and transplant all in 1 hour. so you should be fine. just quit fucking with it right now and leave it the fuck alone lol... i also used the hard glue to mount my lights...you can still ripp it off but fuck it....if you wanted you could always train it so that it has only one massive top cola and then as it gets bigger those lights will basically be on the sides of the plants giving that massive cola all the light it could possibly need...you could actually grow a bloody half ounc nug with one plant in a pc case...with the way you have your lights mounted. just an idea....actually if i had lights mounted like that thats exactly what i would do. cheers bro cant wait to see what happenes!!
Lol thanks for the advice, I don't fuck with them that much really except when rotating for better light when I needed too now I have them set up pretty good. And the only reason I wanted to transplant early on is because I had anticipated less sprouts and the length that early. One of better sprouts that had done good in the transplant I thought did not have enough support on the stem to keep it up. Other wise the others are doing fine, I plan on getting my new server tower soon so I have something to work on day by day till I flower whichever plants. And since I have 6 left I'm hoping to get enough females to have a decent mother plant which would be cool. Going to the Hydro store tomorrow to get some Fox Farm Soil and nutes. What size containers should be sufficient for final transplant to harvest?
yo. so i know i updated today already but i had to check back up on her later and of ourse it has changed since just this morning. I have noticed the tops and the stems budding alot more now. Its starting to ever so slowly look like pot, instead of just sun burst of white hairs. im pumped. again my lights are 2 27W 2700K CFL bulbs. Im thinking about adding another. however i will most likely wait til my next grow. the case is at a cooler 75F now that its so fucking cold outside. all of a suffen its fall here. its been raining like a bitch today so i collected some rain water for my girl. a got about 5 gallons. im sure she will love it. with out further Ado here is some bud porn. PS now that its getting down to like 69F with out lights on its starting to get so fucking frosty. its amazing how much more trichs have formed since just this morning. Nice plant inside a PC case! I think you guys have inspired me to try this eventually just for fun. I made a light strip today. Just need some fans, a power supply and the PC case..
LOVIN THE PC GROWERS THREAD, im starting my grow in a couple days, just gotta swing by the hydro store for some stuff. But ill be posting my stuff on here very soon. Just a question to those who have pc grow cases whose growing 2 plants in there. I was going to do just one plant since its my first grow n all, but is do-able to have two plants going at once? Will they like get in the way of each other? is just best to stick with one n get that done for a first grow, or should i just go with two as long as i have the seeds to do it n all?

onslaught: i have 2 plants in that case because it is strictly a vegging case...i have another 1 that i have 1 other plant flowering in. i would not recomend to have 2 plants in one case from vegg to flower, it is proving to be a HUGE pain in the ass even just for vegging. the only reason i have 2 in there is so that when i have harvested the 1 in flower i have another 1 to throw in there and flower right away. the other vegging plant will now have more room for more topping and lst'ing. and then that one will be really bad ass and while that one is going i will have a few more seeds germing. sort of a perpetual method (sp) gwiito: dude i just got the weather forcast for the next 3 weeks.....ITS SNOWING IN YOUR CASE!! hehe t-rex nice to see you again dude..awesome looking plant...lots of bud sites! when are you going to flip it? dank: when are you gunna flip yours? i see you havent done much to it like topping or lst...you should consider flipping it now because it got alot of tight nodes and it will probably be just one big ass nug...if you like growing with out hassle such as topping ans lst..you could actually put 2-3 i believe (depending on case size) in a case at once and get like 2-3 huge nugs if done right!! but still a nice looking plant good job bro.
just a question for all you guys that got pc weed budding already. How long did it take for you to see preflowers?? My last few grows I seen them like pretty much 7-10 days after I switched to 12/12, but this sucker right now is like on its 13-14th day from 12/12 and still no preflowers. Im worried there might be some light leak????????? There shouldnt be any though........
mine was closer to 20 days. i was worried myself. if you dont think there is any light leak into the case, then you are most likely correct. I believe that since we are flowering at such a young stage it takes alot longer to show. I thought mine was a girl about a week before it started to truely show, only because I have never gotten this far before and didnt know exactly what to look for. I was fortunetly right. I dont think for the reasons i was thinking but patients is and always will be a virtue. HAHA!!! hopefuly thats the only place it will be snowing. its fucking cold outside. it dipped down into the 30's last night. Stay Stoned W.
