pc grow with cfls

    so, gutted out my pc and attached two pc fans for intake/outake. its completely light proof with a removable side panal. these are bagseeds about 3 and a half weeks old, the little one was stunted when i dropped the container and some soil came out. have a 30w soft white cfl and a 25w daylight cfl.

    Hope you are on 12/12 lighting from the get go...not a lot of room in there for a plant to get big. Your babies are looking good though...GL!

    i still have them on 15/9, thinking about switching to 12/12 rather shortly to figure out which one is female

    buy plain light sockets..attach them to the edge and mount them horizontally. You'll get alot more room and light in there with that.

    but i wont get the mobility of the lights that i have now, but if it comes down to it ill do that

    hey there bud looks great. Next time get some perilite , help get air to the roots , your plants look a bit overwatered , perilite would do ya good. :hello: K+ for the awesome grow

    Dont move the lights to the plants..move the plants to the light..

    the pic i showed you is mainly seeds that are still waiting to pop surface..or get their 1st leafset yet....hence the humidity dome. But, when they all get there 1st leafset, i made a custom sized cardboard box..taped together...and then I set the planter on the box. As the plants grow, i gradually cut small layers off the bottom of the box to lower the height...until i dont need it anymore....

    works good...

    picked up another 100w soft white cfl and revamped this little setup, also just switched to 12/12[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    yeah im growing in a PC and doing 12/12 from the get go. my pc grow has to be light proof and smell proof though so ill start my own journal when i get the rest of the supplies in the mail.

    there you go..you got the lights right now...you can even fit another 2 in there!

    first off they look pretty good:) . how tall are they right now?? since you dont have much room you should try lst them but it looks reall good how tall is the pc? good luck hope u atless 1 female. the last pic u put up it looks like there is 4 plants in there lol

    they look alright, i just want to know why the leaves look abit curled

    maybe too hot or pH. defiancy??

    i don't know im no expert i was just wondering if you knew what the problem is

    it looks good for being in a computer tower i think it's abit "unique" :p ...

    they didnt looook THAT good anyway, looked like you had some leaf problems. Hopefully you will have better luck this time. I would take the perlite advice in mind.
