PC Grow LED Recommendation?

Hi All,

As title says I am looking for a good LED recommendation for a PC build that wont burn my ladies.

I am slightly new to growing, so my knowledge of good lighting is quite limited at the moment. The case will be roughly 20x9x20 though.
