Hey there GC, My PC grow box is finally done... almost I just need a light. I will have one 6500k for veg and one 2700k, but I can't decided wheter it's worth getting 105W over 85W CFLs. From what I can gather, 105W gives hardly any greater yeild for the significant boost in energy consumption and size (I'm trying to keep as much space in the box for the plant due to being such a small grow) So can anyone give any advice on 85W vs 105W? P.S. Alot of people do these kind of grows with just 2 25W bulbs so I think 85W is a sufficient amount of light. Thanks in advance
Not much of a wattage difference. Adding more lights will produce a greater yeild, however, you are limited on space so just go with the 85w. Hope this helps.
