alright so 2 of my frinds have paypal, and both of them have disputes, one 10$ one 20$ and they send all there money on there paypal to me, for buying purposes, would paypal phone me, if they are sending all there money to me and they have a dispute? or would they phone them.
Please why cant anyone respond im triiping balls here i dont want paypal on my case, and htey got negative balances what will paypal do if they just ignore there accounts forever?
If they have a negative balance on their paypal account they will just take the money out of the bank account the paypal is tied to. If that is invalid they will more than likely reverse the money they sent you.
they have no bank account or credit card hooked up, they had 0.00$ when paypal took out the 25 due to dispute
Paypal doesn't phone anyone. I'm not really sure I understand your question to be honest. If there's no funds in the account at the moment, they won't be able to send ANY money to you, period. Oh and they HAVE to have a backup account, either a credit card or a bank account. If they say they don't they're lying to you. Sounds like great friends. also why ask this here? Why not check Paypal's Customer service?
Just keep one thing on your mind paypal will not lose money only you or your friends will so do not even try to scam paypal.
