Even though I haven't gotten my check yet, I'm pretty thrilled for pay day to happen. So here's to pay day, the best day ever invented (until we abolish our need for a monetary system, then that will top it by far). Payday means I can pay my bills, buy a delicious dinner, and most importantly locate some weed. Thanks hard, tedious, dead-end job!
i LOVE payday. i'm down to my last $5!! i spent a bit more than i should have at the pub last night Thanks, hard, manual labor job that the government doesn't know about. instead of the government taking various taxes out of my paycheck, i just spend that money on weed. the government in turn spends millions on the war on drugs. it's like i'm raping the government of their paycheck. yes! (also illeagle too...)
Thanks to some misinformation, the owner got ticked off when I came in at noon asking for my check. An angry owner, no check, no stash... this day is turning out pretty shitty so far. ... at least I have work off today. There is a bright side. I'll try again at 2 and see what happens. I bet she's ripping up my check right now. haha.
yeah, taxes really make working suck. the government consistantly pisses me off with their choices, and I have no choice but to give them a slice. Meanwhile I'm working my ass off, and there they are sitting at their desks sending my peers to die in their oil war. as well as waging a futile war against my favorite plant in the world. oh, and the government knows now. according to my friend who knows absolutely nothing about computers: they're always watching. can't wait to get some weed. I'm craving that skunky smell.
I wish today was payday, but in a hugh dumbass move, they made our payday Saturday... but not until the afternoon, which means I'm stuck with a check I can't cash until Monday..... great! Luckly in a few weeks I'll have direct deposite, then at least i can spend my cash saturday night and sunday... and yes, it is bull how much they take out for taxes, espcially when you think that even though there taking that much money out of everyones check were still trillions in debt and growing.... stupid fucking war
I should check out direct deposit, because after pissing off the owner today... I'd prefer it. hehe... Saturday is by far the shittiest day for pay day, because all weekend party preparations should be done on Friday for the most efficient partying. I feel bad for you, waiting until Monday to pay bills, and get a bag of pot. I thought it was bad waiting until 2. Can't wait until tonight...
Thats horrible getting paid on saturday afternoon. I feel for you man. I get paid on wednesdays, give half of it to the gov, then take my small slice of all the hard work ive done over the last week and drive to a different state to pick up my weed because I just moved and dont have any connections in this state yet. But at least I can cash my check right away
Eh, I get paid every Friday. But my check is direct deposited, so I usually have access to any of my payday funds on Thursday evening, if I ever needed it.
