  1. I have to take a ua today, my dad said wed talk about it when he got home from work cause i couldnt piss this morning. I smoked two bowls yesterday and thats been it since early/middle of january. I dont need to clean out my system completely but just reduce the thc level to trace levels so it wont show up that i did smoke just yesterday but make it look like it was the weekend or earlier.

  2. also i could go play floor hockey today, not sure if i will now cause then thered be more in my but is there anything that would block yesterdays and just have a bunch of trace from playing floor hockey?

  3. working out does help alot but evan with some of the best detox it needs atleast 12 hrs to start working umm drink alot of water now too much i think like 4 in the morning and 4 at noon or something it'll dalute ur pee cause itll start coming out all clear and mainly water

  4. 99% you'll pop positive without substitution of clean urine (of the same gender) for yours. Your only hope is to empty your bladder first thing, drink a ton of water, and make sure when you take the test you let the first part of the stream go into the toilet. You want the mid stream urine; it'll have lower levels.

Good luck, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

EDIT: Can parents even force an 18+ year old to take a test???
