    lets see

    When tripping or staying up for days remeber eat every 4 hours( at least 200 calories)
    drink plenty of water
    take supplements like
    L tryptophan
    5htp
    choline
    DHA( omega oils)
    gold
    MACA
    these things are used to repair alshymers(sp) and support brain heath

    being sober for like a week after binges are good..

    but having all these chemicals and calories and water you avoid things like

    depression
    fautige
    delusion
    parinoia.
    (hyperglycemia opposite of diabetes)
    pluse all those supliments are the things that get you high when you take drugs.

    so you trip harder off less and when you smoke weed you tend to trip.

    l tryptophan is golden.

    speaking of gold
    gold containing products are avalible is alot of health food stores.
    it repairs DNA and its brain fuel
    Maca is fuel for the body, regulates hormones and hase amino acids, it will also make your junk bigger.


    and if you are real tired but still partyings.

    sit and meditate and rest, the body does not really require sleep as often as we do, but you HAVE to stay on top of eating and your water.

    and you actualy become smarter( or trips and such or more complex
     


  5. I used to do all that, before i got into the harder drugs..

    i know what your saying bro, and i do reccomend it.
     
  6. Buzzwell!!!! its good to see you back man its been a while! and thats a damn good guide to healthy partying! maybe you got a lot of partying done while you were gone?
     

  7. yeah and i was homeless for a while( buy choice)

    but I have done more drugs in that time then most of US see.....

    but if your on top of it then the world is yours

    i learned how to dance while on molly, sas, mushrooms( 8th of indoor) hit of some cleeeeaaan acid and then a molly sas hybrid. I was also on 35 mgs of oxy codone and had been up the two days before that on adderal and mushies.

    oh lord it was like 6 and it was a rave in the woods and the floor was empty preety much ond oh shit son.
    since then ive been helping street kids with a place to stay and food and a shower ect... then threw some shit i became homless good think i had a truck and a camper shell

    some people are surprized im not fried out

    i swear to this it works

    can get high all the time just have to moderate and stay on top of things(this include health, work, family, friends so on)

    remember open mind at all times

    and dont worry you dont want to cut the snake skin off, just let it shed

    its a long process

  11. Your state of mind is heavily persuaded by your health. A consistent sleep schedule is very important, but even more so food (it's medicine, ya know) because when you lack those nutrients and the like your body reacts negatively.
