Yeah man, I wouldn't do it. Anti-depressants take a while to work (meaning a prescription, taking it daily, and waiting days to weeks for changes) and, even though SSRIs are newer, they still can have some pretty disconcerting side effects (especially in combination with other medications, drugs, alcohol, etc.). So, if you take them, don't expect to feel happy with just 3, but you might get some nasty symptoms. Avoid them and any potential problems. Burn a bowl.
I just want to add, SSRIs are cumulative, so it is unlikely that taking them once would result in any side-effects; they simply aren't that strong. It just won't do anything.
