    Isn't it kind of sketchy to be smoking out in a park late at night? Yesterday I was blazing with a friend, and I was really worried about getting caught. Maybe it's because I was already blitzed, but I was still pretty worried. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

    Yes, it is sketchy and dangerous. Your paranoia isn't undeserved, it's your brain telling you what you're doing is dumb.

    You can't be at a park after hours. So being there is trespassing on it's own, throw in possession and paraphernalia for weed, we'll that would be a shitty day for you and an awesome day for a cop.

    I got arrested for sitting at a park bench by myself with no drugs on me all I had was 200 dollars and a record. Fuck it though I went back and smoked an L asap in the same spot the same time. I'm much smarter than this but anger and stubbornness kept me going back. Honestly I smoke outside all the time especially when I was a young punk. I did not give a fuck I would light up pretty much anywhere especially in the hood and I had very few problems at all, just keep a lazy eye out and for the most part your straight especially if all you got is a blunt and no bag

    Ok so it was about 9 PM, and my friend told me this park was only used by people who blazed in it, but I was still second guessing myself while I packed a bowl

    I believe in most places i've been city parks often close between 6-10pm and our patrolled by police and privatized security guards. Ironically its probably a safer bet to smoke at the park during the day away from other people than it is to at night.

    Trespassing is illegal. You're right for second guessing yourself. You're just asking to get caught smokin in places like that...

    Its depends. Know the rules of the park. I used to blaze at parks all the time. There had been some sketch moments but it was usually paranoia induced.

    I just feel that it's better than smoking in my car, waiting to get pulled over by a douche cop..

    Smoke somewhere outside that's away from people. Cops definitely look at parks on patrol.

    Most parks close at about 10, and after that time it is pretty typical to see cops cruising by looking to see if anyone is there. I made that mistake once, I wa blazed, and had weed and papers with me. Luckily the cop felt like giving me and my friend a break and didnt even give us a ticket.
