Parents?

i was almost a parent...once... god did that suck! quite a scare... if i ever have kids, qhich i probably will, i will teach them about drugs when the time comes... i will introduce them to pot, just like my mother did to me... but i wont be so god damn overprotective! i don't want them getting mixed up in other drugs really, and i don't want them getting shitty weed or something thats laced... so i will teach them the tricks of the trade... i'll show them how to hit a bong, or smoke a pipe so they won't be embarassed the first time they do it with their friends...

 

^same thing with me. except, instead of all that help, insert beatings. haha, im just kidding. i wouldn't beat em that much. wow, i sound white trash. im done. i wouldn't beat em, but i would definetely smoke with them and get them beer n shit. Colt forty Fizive!

my parents havent done shit (talkin wise, they smoke weed too)

my dad is probably gonna start smokin with em when i turn 20 or somethin.

im gonna say " when you turn 16 you can start smokin weed if you wanna, if i catch you doin any other drug im gonna kick your ass"

 

Im gonna give my kid the benefit of the doubt, because most parents dont these days, I will only have one stipulation when i catch my kid, and that is if your grades drop, you drop the weed, and if they dont like that too bad. The one thing ive learned in my life is YOU NEED AND EDUCATION. i wish i had learned that lesson earlier in my life.

 

I'm 18 and my GPA has been a steady 2.00 throughout most of high school and I know my dad smokes because i've found his stash (and smoked some of it) and I'm pretty sure my mom smokes every once in a while too even though she says she hates people who smoke pot, which my sister and I do. And it makes me kinda mad whenever they say I can't but they do it anyways. It is, and i hate to say it, illeagal and i know they just want me to graduate and everything but come on telling me its not good to do even thogh they do it is just so stupid I want to confront my dad about his habits and see what he has to say. that would make me feel a whole lot better.

 

umm i'm guessing you didnt see the part where you had to be 18 to use this forum. But as for me and if I ever have kids I am going to let them know i smoke when there old enough to know not to tell everyone at school. and let them smoke with me when they hit about high school age. I also want them to be educated about other drugs and not just know that they shouldn't be shootin up or snortin coke. There are some other drugs that I wouldn't mind them doing either like Acid, becuase it is really safe physically and if you can handle the intensity it wont mess you up mentally. But like i said, about high school age.

 

When I have kids I am going to be straight forward about pot once they become mature enough to handle the fact. In my case I Was told my Step dad smokes when I was 14 and I smoked with him ever since. So I say when they are mature enough to here the propaganda about it in school they are old enough to know the truth too

 

for my kids i will tell them when i have them that i dont care if they smokepot just not in my house unless i am there and that they cango out and do it but if they get busted and put in jail there going to have to pay me back for the bail but on other drugs i tell what will happen and show them by making them watch basketball diaries which makes anyone not want to do crack, pills, or coke and herion.
