Parents found yet another stoner item...

    ok well in the past year my parents have found many things throughout our house that just adds to them realizing i smoke...

    1st) last year i think in May or around there they found a pack of rolling papers and 2 condoms(not stoner shit but still embarrassing for your ma to find)

    2nd) in July they found a blunt(told them i just like smokin cigars and they were skeptical but accepted it)

    3rd) towards the end of august they found a plastic bag in my basement with a VERY little amount of shake in it i told them that i had potato chips in there and that must just be a part of the chips(doubt they believed that shit but oh well)

    4th) beginning of october got arrested by the police but i told them i never smoked before and they trusted me(i think)

    5th) and last but not least yesterday my dad came upstairs and out of nowhere asked me who was cleaning a pipe in our basement? i said what are you talkin about? he showed me half of a popsicle stick wrapped up in a paper towel covered in resin...had to be down there for about 4 months cause i haven't had anyone over at my house with a pipe since summer

    shit i don't know when it's gonna end...who knows what they'll find next

    ah thats wack........be careful where you put your stash.......couple days ago my parents found my stash i thought it was the best place ever...........but a lighter fell from it and they fuckin found it..............

    Man, they know. Just tell 'em. Come clean. They'll respect you for it. Just tell them that pot isn't bad, and that you aren't doing anything that is actually bad for you. Say 'Mom, Dad, I need to sit down and talk to you. I smoke pot. Now, I hope you'll respect my decision to do so. After all, it is my life. Marijuana isn't the killer it's cracked up to be. Infact, it's probably the most harmless drug known to man. Did you know caffiene kills more people, thousands more, every year then pot? Do you know how many people die from pot each year? Zero. That's right, zero. I don't smoke five ounces a day, so you don't have to worry about me getting lung cancer. I'd appreciate if you'd accept my decision, and if not, so be it. But I just thought you should know.'

    They'll probably be okay with it if you give them the facts and tell them that you aren't going to do harder drugs. And they'll believe you, too. Because, well, you came clean to them about the pot. :)

    i said the same things to my parents and they think i just keep justifying a "bad" thing. =/

    homie once am 1* am out of my pad... maybe that's if my parents be cool if i could blaze it they're if not fuck it,lol

    either you, or your parents...are in denial. or are just retarded. i can't speak for your household because i don't know what kind of parents they are and how they'd react. but at this point i'd almost just tell them. otherwise you are just going to keep getting caught, and never be trusted. whatever, do what you think's best.

    My rents are cool with me smoking they call is apart of growing up. I CAN EVEN SMOKE IN MY ROOM.

    well, if you wanted to go the less trouble i nthe end route, tell them you smoke pot every now and again. tell them that your safe and responsible and so on and that they have no need to worry because your "just experimenting"

    or you could tell him it was one of your friends and your sorry for not cleaning it up but you were in a hurry to get somewhere once he was done and forgot.

    I had a douchebag friend who stole my stash and gave it to my dad. Surprisingly he was not as harsh on my as I thought, and I was able to even convice hims that weed really isn't that bad, by showing him a bunch of Wikipedia articles.

    Still after that, his only response was "well it's not as bad as I thought it was, but still I don't want you to do it because the fact of the matter is that its still illegal, and could keep you from getting into a good career if you can't pass a drug test".

    Frankly I'm surprised by all this consideing that my dad is the kind that would make me marry every girl I've slept with. So I'm imressed by the fact that he actially took the time to research the facts before disowning me. I must've gotten lucky because never in a million years would I have thought I could change his stubborn opinions just like that.
