Never tried that, I use to use TF route 66, good stuff, but it has gotten to expensive for me to justify the use of it anymore, now I use dried willow tree twigs that I grind up in a coffee grinder, then I blend that into my soil, I use 1/8 cup for each gallon of soil, it makes an insane root system with the biggest, and whitest roots you will ever see. Willow tree twigs, and bark, contain one of the most effective oxidized rooting hormones found in nature. If you don't want to add it to your soil, you can just make tea with it and it will have the same affect on the plants root system. You can also use it to germinate seeds, and root clones, and it works awesome on clones!
