  1. When I first seen the preview for it, I thought it was going to be an interesting movie.
I think this movie would have done better as a book personaly.
    Good movie though.
    Anyone else?

  2. i was coming off of e and shrooms when saw it... i didnt like the loud explosions and chaos parts probaly from the shrooms and it depressed me probably from the e :(

  3. I think it was a great movie. Great actors/costumes/sets/lighting/acting, etc. A very unique movie that doesn't come along often. Nice plot as well.

  4. Concur

  5. wierd how the girl dies in the end, and its still kinda a happy ending, thats what got me

  6. Amazing stoned movie, looked great, spanish was trippy, and the characters truly fucked up. Wow.

  7. Well she has to die, to fufill the "fairy tale".

  8. Oh damn I shouldn't have looked in this thread.

  9. I liked the originality. I would definitely recommend it :)

  10. I agree with you all.

I really like this movie, lol must be how its unique and different.
Definitely original. I will be adding to my collection of DVDs :p

  11. Yea I was a tad upset at the way the movie turned out. I liked the movie a lot tho, def go watch it.

    - toke on

**dont read if ur gonna watch and get pissed at me for giving something away**

The part where she ate the grapes pissed me off. That entire scene did because first she was just strolling thru the hall and just was fucking around in the room. Then she ate the grape, which was so dumb considering some1 said shed die if she did.

  12. I say: 7.5/10

You know on IMDB, this movie is ranked as the 64th greatest film ever made. Do you believe that?

I think the IMDB system is flawed.

Also... I enjoyed the part of the film about the fascist government more than the "fairy tale" part. Maybe thats just because those kind of things interest me.

  13. That cut on the dudes face :) super sweet:eek:

  14. I saw it, it was okay...not necessarily my cup of tea (I was actually quite bored in certain parts), the visual effect and dream sequences were superb though. The person who i saw it with loved it though. I'm actually glad it wasn't based off a book, that's what's so stale about american mainstream cinema in general...just a bunch of regurgitated ideas, movies based on books, movies based on other movies. That's why I've enjoyed foreign & indepedent films all my life. But I'm not a snob like some, so I can still enjoy an original or at least entertaining mainstream release.
