So my garden may be small but it looks damn healthy. Not a dime spent on lighting, air or anything really.

I had just transplanted last night and then topped dressed with very dry earthworm castings.
I noticed the unwetted look when I posted this picture.

  5. Pinched back the LH2. That thar sativa was taking off! E8350294-AD56-4DD2-9BDA-FD48C00CB85D.jpeg

  6. 31EF2FFF-F131-4248-AD26-A5D62A1ABD26.jpeg So I decided to take the last two BBxSL and transplant them as well. I want all 4 plants to get sexed within the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime I am going to toss the compost in the other seedling pots, mid next week, then try to pop some of my other LH strains In said seedling pots in an attempt to continue the LH sativa genetics. This is probably my highest priority with this grow.

  7. so far I am LOVING the results I am getting from the window sill sunshine.

  8. So yeah, big disappointment on my germination rate, but no surprises.
My 4 plants are doing very well and I potted up 8 more LH beans to pop.

  9. I was a bit surprised - and pleasantly so, to see @WeeDroid here -

Speaking of which - hello there dude! Hope you and yours are well.

  10. Big J!

Hey hey. Hiya right back your way.
I’m in decent shape considering my age and the conditions we all find ourselves in.
    Crazy times.
It’s nice of you to drop in and say hi, thank you kindly for that! As well I hope you and those close to you are as well as can be.
    Much love.

  11. Latest picture of the Fab Four in my window sill.
Tallest is that lanky sativa strain. Despite being tipped, is just stretching beautifully and is now at nearly 12 inches in height.
My shortest one is at 4 inches.
I’ll be setting up a grow tent over the next few days in order to sex the first two green beasties.
There seems to be something going on with the two younger plants. I’m not overly concerned but I am keeping an eye on it. Most likely I will give the undersides of the affected leaves a close examination soon.

  13. Well heck.
I’ve been out of the game too long. As least it made for amazing compost!
Case in point, I forgot all about checking for preflowers for sexing.
    So plants #s 1 & 2 should be showing preflowers very soon and plant #s 3 & 4 in a bit under 3 weeks.

  14. So time for security measures. The plants are getting big. FF6253C8-D49C-45E6-9A74-DB389EDF0D23.jpeg

  15. The BBxSL indica dominant strain has grown a set of balls. Hopefully at least one other plant will be a girl, but if not I can always buy a female clone at a dispensary. My budget is squeaky tight so hopefully I won’t have to.

  16. In good news I think my LH 2, plant #1 is a girl.
A LH 11 bean, plant #5, has popped as well! So beans are popping around 10-11 days after placed in compost.

    Two more beans popped. A LH 11-plant #6 & a LH 9-plant #7.
So that is 4 Little Hands, a strong sativa strain from the UK and 3 NorCal mixes labeled BB (blueberry I imagine) crossed sugar loaf. These are obviously indica dominant.

So I’ll stop bean popping now. I have plenty for my breeding and consumption needs. I have one confirmed male from the BBxSL strain. A LH male would be lovely as well.

My only regret at this point is having started so late in the year. However I suspect it will be fine.
