well they say on the bottle take with food so im assuming prolly a full stomach or at least a lil bit of food.DOn't worry bout it tho you can down them either way
Eat something with it for sure, your stomach doesnt need to be full but you need something to absorb a little bit of the affect or you might get a bad stomach ache.
