Pa. lawmaker accused of smoking pot in stadium lot WashingtonPost / AP / 11,17,2010 PITTSBURGH -- A Pennsylvania lawmaker is accused of smoking marijuana while tailgating last month outside a Pittsburgh Steelers game, but his lawyer says he hates pot. Police say an undercover officer caught state Rep. Paul Costa sharing a marijuana cigarette with another man in the parking lot of Heinz Field on Oct. 3. They say it happened as officers were looking for T-shirt and ticket vendors without permits. Costa's attorney says his client denies the allegation. Phil DiLucente says the Democrat from Pittsburgh "detests marijuana." Costa and the other man each face a single misdemeanor charge of engaging in prohibited acts. Costa says he's confident the case will be resolved at a Nov. 24 court hearing. I detest marijuana myself,so much so that I try to burn every bit of it up,,,,,,to keep the kids from getting hold of it.
