P90 by Beachbody

  1. Has anyone done this workout program? I'm currently 2 and 1/2 weeks into it and it's amazing. It's just 30 minutes of working out for 6 days a week, but already I've lost 20 lbs of fat, and gained a good amount of muscle. I can already tell a huge difference and I'm not even 1/3 of the way through it! Just wanted to get the word out.. this program is just amazing for getting in shape and losing weight.
