no that doesn't look like overwtrng however i would question the soil you'r using..seems like there wasn't enough N in the mix..if you're using ff or happy frog without amendments that could happen..i hv a plnt i KNOW didn't get enough N cause i ran low on it..suggest making kelp tea for it or adding N if on the btl
