Overtraining

    EDIT- Looking into buying a bike and need some advice or recommendations, these are the two ive kind of narrowed it down to so far. No idea what the difference between all the models are so if someone could help clarify that would be cool.

    Okay so ive recently started biking to work its 10miles round trip, wondering if I should be doing this 5 days a week or if its to much and I should take longer breaks. Also if it has anything to do with it ive only been lifting for a month.
     
  2. 5 days a week should be okay. 10 miles on a bike shouldnt be to tough if there arent any hills.
     
  3. You'll be fine dude. I did that for the entire summer 6 days a week and still put on about 10-15 pounds.
     
  4. Alright thats great news I need bigger legs so I can get bigger gains on my upper body anyway, also bump for the new OP
     
  5. Gah on the ride to work I got a cramp right underneath my left ribcage, on the way back (took a different way it was fucking epic in the dark) got a cramp under my right ribcage =/. Is this me not drinking enough water, what else causes cramps?

    Got this coming tommorow and im pumped :D
