Plan is to keep the plants outside during the sunlight, then once it hits its designated light limit, i move it inside to my closet/grow tent for darkness, and repeat.....How Does That Sound? This is what hes given me: -Strains: Bc god bud, tangerine dream, silver haze, monster berry. -Potsize: Like 5 gallon pots -No clones, just gonna grow fem plants and keep seeds to keep growing. -Nutes: Recommend him some..? -And that he'd water himself. OH, and also, we are in Houston, TX. If that helps with watering advice and burning etc...
Sounds good accept this part, are you planning to get seeds from the plants you grow? Or you already have a stash of seeds that you're just going to plant
Oh Ok cool, sounds great man. Sun light is the best thing for the plants, especially because it moves and gets all sides of you plant. Good luck P.S. For nutes are you looking to go organic? If not General Hydroponics lucas formula is easy and simple to use. Or you could spend a bit more and get something like Advanced Nutrients.
Cool thanks! And also..If hes growing inside using an indoor system and it's 8ft tall...would that equate to an average about a lb per plant?
Sounds like a good plan all natural light is definitely the best way if it can be done, props to ya that's gonna be a hard schedule to maintain bro. I'm a first time grower using advanced and its going great so far so I can't say don't use, but imo since you have all natural light you may as well use an organic line of nutes. Good luck, stay medicated....V
Its not about the plant really, but more about the light. With a 1000W light getting a pound should be no problem, the thing with an 8 foot plant is there is going to be little to no light getting to the bottom of the plant and the sides. If you have light all around like growing outdoors, you should be able to get at least a pound if not more off a plant that size. Good luck
I definitely agree a 1000w light can produce a Lb. Weather its 1 plant or 5. If done properly. Soil,heat,water...etc, the basics.
