The leaf tips are looking a little burnt. Sometimes caused by too much nutrients in the dirt. The dirt looks soaked, remember to let your dirt dry out some in between watering.
OKAY. With that said, it's smallish. And the foliage isn't happy. I would add some rooting hormone or something to help it along. Bigger, healthier roots=bigger, more potent yield AND healthier foliage and plant overall. Good luck my man, Peace
The above comments may be relevant, I’m not discrediting them. How much sunlight does that lady get? Another consideration would be to plant it into a bigger pot. with the correct sunlight and space, the plant will take off! And nutrients etc etc!
