Hi GC, I am starting my first outdoor grow this upcoming spring in Ohio. The spot I have selected is up a steep incline overlooking a pond. I want to use a small preferably battery powered pump to draw water up the incline to my plants. I plan on 6-8 plants so I would need to run the water to each plant. This is my first grow I have read GC over and over to learn everything I need to know about growing but there isn't much info on this topic (I know about the search feature . So If anyone can point me in the right direction as what equipment I would need and what would be the best method for timers etc. Thanks. Happy smoking!
Pumps with enough power to pump uphill require a lot of power. I just don't see it feasible without 120vac.
Well as far as i know theres only two ways u can do it.. buy a really good 12 volt pump or buy a petrol pump the 12volt is a better idea cause its smaller and better stealth but cant pump uphill very well the petrol pump would have much more pressure but ud need to hide it really well and make sure noone can hear it.
