I live in the Philippines where there is plenty of Sun. And I was wondering if I could start them by vegging outdoors using the big grow lamp in the sky then move them into my 2 400 hps 12/12 for two weeks. Then return them outside. I will be using 8 5 gallon pots. Do you think in those two weeks under 12/12 it will be enough to make sure they don't reveg?
I think they will go back to veg if the day time hours are more then 12 hrs a day. I have 3 plant that have been outside from the beginning, at first they were not getting enough sun light, and they started flowering. Then I moved them to a more sunny spot and they got all confused, and started vegging again, but also kept on flowering. Now I have very big plants that are almost ready to harvest, but are still growing. In other words, the buds think they are done, but the plant thinks it's still vegging.
