Outdoor plant still not flowering?

    I’m probably worried for nothing but I have 4 feminized outdoor plants 3 indica 1 sativa. They ALL showed pistils about the same time (july 30th) then they began there flower stretch but it’s been about 2 weeks and they still aren’t even beginning to bud yet. Just the few pistils from July 30th. In the past I’ve always seen bud this late into August. Anybody else’s plant not in full flower yet? I’m in the midwest so they get about 10 n a half hours darkness which should be enough for outdoor plants. At this rate they won’t be finished before it gets pretty cold.

    I have a ton of plants this year. Only 1/3 of them are in flower. Just wait. By the first week in September they'll be making tops.
