Outdoor Late Grow San Diego

  1. Hi I am very new to growing and got some dank bud that was hermy so it was chock full of seeds.

So I figured I'd throw a seed in a pot with miracle gro soil and water it and it would be good. I planted 6 of 30 seeds from a 2g sack of weed (lol) without germing in a paper towel and all sprouted nicely. A couple died so I am only down to 3 plants that I believe are all female. Because its so late in the season, I fed my plants some 7-7-7 fert to force some veg so it wouldn't be a midget plant but now I am just using diluted urine for fert (10:1 ratio Urea=Nitrogen) and Jobe plant spike food (flowering). Plants are getting about 9-10 hours of sunlight a day which should be enough just to produce some alright yields. I'd like some advice on how to proceed now. Thanks! :)

  2. dopee, dope

  3. 858 here to, i am preparing an outdoor grow to go along with my indoor grow. ive been debating with myself when to germinate the seeds. how have yours been doing with the little bit of cold we get in SD?

  4. Great they look healthy and I can see pre-flowering after I force-vegged them for about 2 weeks

  5. force-vegged?

  6. Well our light is only 8-9 hrs per day here in SD this time of year so I fed the plants some 7-7-7 fert so I could get some vegetative growth so I could at least get a decent yield and make it worth my while

  7. are you not going to let it grow through the summer?

im thinking of starting my outdoor grow under my 400w hps for the first 2 weeks

  8. Yeah I want to start fresh in April actually, this is just a side project/ experiment

  9. if ya have em outside and ur only getting <12 hours of light then no matter what you do ur plant is going to start flowering.....dont matter how much N you feed it....photoperiod tells mj when to switch.....not nutes.

better hope you have enough time to finish out there before the days get long enough for veg

  12. Whats up cool thread! Another SD toker here north county!

  13. Watered them today. They look very healthy and are starting to smell. The smell is really skunky which leads me to wonder if I really have Hash Plant... Regardless of the strain I figure to at least yield about 10g total of dank bud.

I would flower the "big" plant indoors if I could but outdoor is my only option as of now.

  14. Nice plants man, I know some ppl down in rancho santa fe, love san diego.

I remember hearing something that SD County under prop215 doesnt allow outdoor grows or something? You growing guerrilla?

  15. it can be outside, just has to be in a green house

  16. Guerrilla in a canyon thats lush and the plants blend in at first glance

  17. New pics. Made a mound and transplanted 4 babies. Bigger plant is looking very nice today.

  18. Anyone give me some feedback?

A coyote knocked over my bucket so I just am experimenting with a mound of dirt. Other than that nothing major but some insect activity. I have since transplanted 2 plants from the mound into their own separate pots. Also I am doing some 16-14-8 nutes now.

  19. Be careful with 16-14-8. Seems kinda heavy.

  20. I'm only doing this until the plant has large pistils, then I'm going to switch to either molasses or a commercial fert for flowering. My 10-10-4 nute stakes work great as of now also.
