Do not plant in the shade. Plants need direct sunlight. And lots of it. I failed on 3+ sprouts. I planted one behind a bush, and a some inside a thorwn bush. I knew there wasnt much light, but it did have some light. Figured it would grow anyway. But no, they plants just stretched, and wound up dieing. Today, I go check my baby, that is a month old. And its still just a sprout. 2 leaves, weak stem, bending. I go to tie it to a stick and the top just comes off. Plants dead now. So, before you plant just make sure you have lots of sunlight.
