Outdoor growing in the fall?

  1. so I am attempting to grow a couple plants, just for shits and giggles. I have 2 seeds that have sprouted and i am hoping they are female. at the moment, I am growing them indoors and not really taking too much care of them, just letting them do their thing haha. so i live in new hampshire, and i am wondering if i move them outside now... will they grow? it is usually 60-70 in temp during the day now that it is fall, and gets pretty chilly at night, like 40-50. so if i plant them, will they grow in this climate? i figured i might be able to get something out of it before winter comes. no biggy if i cant. let me know what your thoughts are!! thanks !!!

  2. Its way too late especially in NH. Its not even worth trying outside. The frost will kill them immediately.

  3. No way, planting season is long gone. Either grow inside or wait until next season.

  4. Ditto, Jack Frost is a Republican.
Knock out a wall and add a greenhouse.
    Build out your basement.
Steal a corner of a closet & buy some lights.

I'm growing this winter at 3000' elevation in CA I'm supplementing my sunlight with 600w MH lights in tents I'm wrapping in clear plastic to help keep heat in.
It gets <32* here so hopefully it works lol.

Frost aside I don't think you'd get enough light to veg
