So I finally got a nice fenced in yard this year and have been excited to start growing outdoors in the summers to save me some electricity, but mostly for the new experience. I got free autoflowering seeds with my recent order from attitude and was wondering if growing them outdoors is really feasible in Colorado. According to a NASA daylight length calendar, the longest days here are 14 hours and 45 minutes. I know people have been known to grow autoflowers in 24 hours of light. Is 14 enough to get the plant all that it needs?
When it is indoors, you should use 24 hours of light, but since its outdoors it does not need as much because the sun is the best source of light.
You will get decent smoke but don't expect large yield or heavy nugs. I did a few last year that turned out nice and will be doing more again.
I've done photos, autos will do fine my friend does autos for space saving. U won't yield much on the autos but my photos yielded me alot dunno how much I never weighed it but I filled 8 mason quart jars on 3 3 gallon plants
Little lady'a for privacy. Edit- finishing is a little tight depending on the year and where ur at. I just build a finishing hut to keep rain and frost off them the last few weeks
