Hi. I am new to this forum but I have created a petition on wethepeople.com that proposes that the federal government can't interfere with the state's decision to legalize medical and/or recreational use of marijuana. It isn't so that they legalize it across the country, but it is so that those states that have a majority vote (ex Colorado and Washington) can regulate and tax it without being harassed by the federal government.
