  1. Hey all!!

Brand new to growing our 1st plant!! Took a couple of bagseeds just to see what would happen. Threw them in the garden with our pepper and tomato plants. We had 2 grow up to be beautiful plants..except one was a male. Here's a few pics of our girl. We planted probably around 1st or 2nd week of may here in central ohio. Anyone have any experience in Ohio as to when to expect harvest time?

  2. Anybodies guess, no one would be able to really tell you. By the size of the buds it's probably only a couple weeks into flowering, much much longer I would say. Look for the hairs to turn color first, if the hairs are still white like that the bud is no where near picking yet. Also, for a more accurate analysis, use a magnifying glass to examine the trichomes on the bud. They need to be about half amber and half cloudy. Good news is you're looking at a pretty good little harvest most likely, big plant and long veg cycle on outdoors. I would expect at least 200 grams dry weight, maybe more depending on strain and sunlight exposure.

  3. Thanks for the reply. We are approx. 2 maybe 3 weeks into flowering. Sunlight is no longer direct, but still has a good amount of 12-13 hrs daylight. Hoping to have a decent amount of harvest!!

  4. Outdoor harvest in the northern hemisphere will be between late September through early November.
This depends on a few factors.
Strain, how old the plant is, how far north of the equator you are, temperature and weather.

I'm at 32.42° north. My plants are a sativa dominant hybrid and an indica dominant hybrid.
Both are very mature (started indoors in January and February)
I live in a very warm climate (desert)
The indica will be ready for harvest in the last 2 weeks of this month.
The sativa dominant will be ready probably mid October.

It looks like you have some botrytis (bud mold).
    Wet or humid climate?
Cut the affected branches off and spray it down with diluted hydrogen peroxide.
