glevand In the midst of the great PSN debacle, we have been gifted with the return of Linux support on the PS3, this time (from what i've read) with full support of the hardware, meaning once someone writes a driver for the RSX we will also have support of the graphics unit. This is huge news for PS3 users, as this was a selling point when the system was first released for many users including myself, and was removed not long ago by Sony supposedly to help keep the PSN secure (A lot of good that did). Regardless I now no longer have to buy a new PC for my room, I can now just load Linux onto my Playstation and do all my daily computing on it with my paired bluetooth mouse/keyboard. So is anyone else going to be taking advantage of this feature?
Yeah it would be nice to be able to load linux on there. I might actually get use out of my ps3 if i could.
