Serious, ..I have used neem oil initially for bugs in my plants then for pubic lice then in my Indianan curries today I'll apply a teaspoon to the cat behind his tail I suspect flies(jumpy things?) its nicer in curries ...lol good luck

kelp is known to be very nutritious. the Japanese eat all sorts of kelp and praise it for its health benefits. since kelp is grown in the sea without use of any additives, id say the only difference between the garden variety and the one you would find in a health food shop would be particle size (finer for human consumption) and packaging.
