Orion F1 at day 65 from planting. Royal Queen Seeds says 70 days to harvest. Growing in an Aerogarden... 60W LEDs. Pistils are browning and trichomes beginning to get cloudy. Leaves are just beginning to yellow. Buds are not huge but with three plants growing in that reservoir and the light limitations of the Aerogarden... How long to go? Thanks!
Yeah this time I followed the instructions from the help desk at Advanced Nutrients. They told me to do 1/2 feeds twice a week but I think I may have gone on 3-day cycles as only in the past week was there browning of the leaves. Are you attributing the feeding to the browning of the leaves or pistils?
Eek. I was waiting for leaves to yellow. Guess that is not a requirement? That said, harvest for RQS Orion is 65-70 days and today is day 65.
Yes the hairs could recede back into the calyxes and you will see a bud growing with a lot of calyxes all over it if you wait long enough. But it looks like you could of used a lot more light. You will learn more with each grow. Just my opinion
This plant has been shocked. I don't know what value it will give you to continue. She is not showing new pistil growth and isn't similar to the other plants in this case. You should probably hack her down. Give her a 24 hr flush in RO to bring down excess nitrogen.
Yeah that's what I'm going to do. But shocked by what? Overfeeding? The pistils and leaves only turned brown in the past few days. Even a few days ago it was fine. In any case at this point I flushed and added the Flawless Finish solution. https://www.advancednutrients.com/products/flawless-finish/ ... will cut down tomorrow.
Or could it be that there are too many plants in the reservoir? I have three in there... That is a 60W LED unit... clearly could use more but best I could do. At least no root rot anymore...
