  1. Not sure which one of any one you are asking the question to but I like to start mine the first week of Feb. I keep them in the tent and train them hard until I put them out at the end of may.

  2. March...

  3. Cold and wet this week in Michigan. Anybody planning to chop soon? I was thinking of trimming everything but sugar leaves and start harvesting this weekend. Haven't checked trichromes yet.
Have a few in pots that I could put in the garage at night if they still need some time.

  4. I'm a new grower. 2 stunted plants outside. Im trying not to harvest. I think they need 2 more weeks. I could be wrong but trichs seem 50% clear. If I can keep them out longer I will (se mich) if I have too ill cover during rain( when im home) and watch for bud rot. 20200928_161700.jpg 20200928_161644.jpg 20200928_161510.jpg 20200928_161557.jpg 20200928_162323.jpg

  6. Yeah I'm a few weeks out still myself. Cant go by pistils this yr since the frosts have turned a lot of them brown early. I cut off a few calyx from each plant and used a scope. Looks like they are on track tho.

  7. Damn, being in the UP i pulled all my outdoor a week ago and brought them in and under 2600w of hps. The nights here started with hard frosts a week ago and looks to be snow by Friday night here.
And a few of us outdoor growers up here are very confused, 3 others I know have also pulled in there plants. We all are looking to be off flower this year by 3 weeks or more. The day I pulled mine in was the day my Purple Punch just started to preflower outside.
Kinda crazy really as most of us up this way had plants outdoors almost 3 weeks earlier this year. I had mine out by May 21st.
Nothing had gone on that in any way stunted growth, they just didn't start flowering until late August early September. Normally there past preflower up this way the 1st week of Aug. But oh well can finish these off in garage this year.....next year I'm building a greenhouse is all. Enough of this odd ass weather and seasons for me. 20200928_075340.jpg 20200928_075335.jpg 20200928_075324.jpg

  8. Those are female calyx or whatever they are called. I would be less concerned about that and more concerned about the fat white Aphids you have on those plants. Though they don't do much damage, there sugary shit droppings they leave will cause black spot molds and mildew issues and quick.

  10. Oh yeah not moving those big things. Mine are in MI and in the earth so no moving either.

I think the coldness is what's causing the delay in maturity, but what do I know.

Nice to be able to bring them inside and blast them with 2600w of hps like pp!

  12. Soon as I feel motivated I have 2 more 1000w now that I'm sticking over mine, also enclosing them in with panda plastic by mid week. Got snow coming Friday night I hear, there all in the garage but need to stick the heaters out with them for a couple nights. This way I can run all of them as long as needed.

  16. Glad I'm covered with plenty of air circulation. No worries here.
This kind of weather happens every year at this time, gonna happen again next year. Be prepared!

  18. Love the mighty photos, considering fastbuds/auto next year! Finish by September, my issue is have to keep them below a certain height, and no real experience with autos

  19. I pulled all 12 in last frost, dumped them under 2600w hps and gave them heat for nights out in garage, only place I could hang lights 9ft high. 20200930_111012.jpg 20200928_075335.jpg 20200928_075344.jpg

  20. Well I checked on mine yesterday... no rot even after a week of rain and cold. Was 30 lastnight and they look untouched.
Eventually I will do a greenhouse but I've been growing in these elements for a decade like this. Some yrs are better then others for sure. Screenshot_20201001-135936_Gallery.jpg
