yup thats about right, granted you dont over do it with any other elements you add to your soil. about half those mixes were personal supersoil mixes. i myself for my organic grow, used 3 cuft of sta-green tree and shrub promix, 1 part regular potting soil, 1 part vermiculite, 2 cups of bone, blood, manure, kelp meal and one cup of dolimite lime. i havent even check my pH and everythings good
